That the City hereby establishes a Member Retained Limit of $500,000 <br />for the Workers' Compensation Program which may only be changed with approval by the <br />PERMA Board. The cost allocation formula, including retention levels, is periodically <br />reviewed by PERMA and may be changed or amended in subsequent Program years. <br />Section 5. That the Mayor shall sign and the City's Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage and adoption of this Resolution, and thereupon the same shall take effect and be in <br />force. <br />Section 6.
