Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately and shall be of no <br />further force and effect one (1) year beyond its original expiration date, such that the Moratorium will now <br />expire on May 3, 2023, or until the City Council adopts an ordinance addressing the issues related to the <br />establishment, expansion, or modifications of Warehouses and Truck Storage Facilities, whichever occurs <br />first.
