City Attorney Martinez, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />Asst. City Attorney Martinez announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A/B/C. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)/(e)(1) <br />One (1) Potential Case <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br /> Modern Pacific Homes, LLC. V. City of Colton, et al. <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />San Bernardino Superior Court, Case No. CIVSB2120518 <br /> <br />Mayor Navarro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. and at 6:01 p.m., the meeting reconvened, <br />with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />CM Suchil Announcement – Item C <br />Councilmember Suchil recused himself from the closed session meeting due to a conflict of interest; he is <br />precluded from considering the closed session Item C as a member of the body, by virtue of his ownership of <br />property within 500 feet of the project site related to the item before Council. <br /> <br />CM Suchil – Left Closed Session: 5:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Asst. City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed Item <br />A/B/C; with direction to staff and no reportable action. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />
