R-115-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION R-4598 AND <br />INCORPORATING CHANGES, RELATING TO SALARY AND <br />SALARY/RELATED BENEFITS, TO THE "CONSOLIDATED <br />COMPENSATION RESOLUTION FOR THE EXECUTIVE UNIT" <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resources Division has consolidated all <br />resolutions revising R-4598; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />between its representatives and the Salary Survey Consultant, AndreaDembrowsky, as well <br />as representatives of the Executive Unit; and <br />NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "Summary of Changes for the <br />Executive/Confidential Unit," marked as Exhibit "A", is made a part hereof and is adopted <br />hereby and is ordered incorporated into and made a part of the "Consolidated Compensation <br />Resolution for the Executive Unit." <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as <br />of July 1, 2002, unless otherwise designated in the "Summary of Changes for the <br />Executive/Confidential Unit." <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
