Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 25, 2022, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Toro, Cisneros, Mayor Pro Tem Koperski, González, Echevarria, <br />Suchil and Mayor Navarro. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith and City Clerk Padilla <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />APRIL 27, 2022. <br /> <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br /> <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings attended <br />at the expense of the City. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget Workshop #1 <br /> <br />City Manager Smith announced item for discussion is the first of two planned council meetings <br />with the second budget workshop is to be held on May 4, 2022; tonight’s meeting is basic <br />information related to individual Department Budgets; asked councilmembers to wait until the <br />presentation is completed to ask questions. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Stacey Dabbs, Finance Director; with the assistance of a PowerPoint presentation: City of Colton <br />FY 20/21 Workshop #1. <br /> <br />Agenda <br /> <br />Budget Process Overview
