O-07-22, AN EXTENSION OF TERM FOR URGENCY ORDINANCE: <br />MORATORIUM ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXPANSION, OR MODIFICATION OF <br />WAREHOUSES, DISTRIBUTION CENTERS, TRUCK AND TRAILER FACILITIES AND <br />RELATED USERS, ORDINANCE NO. O-01-22, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND, REPEAL AND REPLACE TITLE 16 SUBDIVISION <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE INCLUDING URBAN LOT <br />SPLITS AND TWO-UNIT PROJECTS TO IMPLEMENT LAWS ENACTED BY SB 9 AND <br />DETERMINING THE ORDINANCE TO BE EXEMPT FROM CEQA.
