R-128-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on June 16, <br />2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances and the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account <br />Number 100-6070-6087-1010, 100-6070-6087-1100 and 100-6070-6087-2301, and <br />increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 for the amount of $100,000.00, <br />plus interest. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />w—'Ok <br />. =:T—Al awl <br />. . . — <br />I; R I <br />' - v 91 0 - <br />
