R-137-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ADOPTING THE CITY'S 1995 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Utility Authority held a public hearing on December 3, 2002 to <br />discuss the elements of the City's 1995 Urban Water Management Plan as per AB797. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Colton Utility Authority found <br />evidence: <br />SECTION 1.
