R-144-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON SETTING BASIC COMPENSATION RATES <br />FOR FULL TIME CLASSIFICATIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE GENERAL AND MID - <br />MANGER EMPLOYEES UNIT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-56-01 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, has given full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between its representatives and the Salary Survey Consultant, Andrea <br />Dembrowsky, as well as representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association <br />(SBPEA) for the General and Mid -Manager Employees Unit; <br />WHEREAS, reclassification of certain employee positions was found to be appropriate <br />based on documentation presented in the salary study; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary schedule marked as Exhibit <br />"A", is made a part hereof and is adopted hereby and is ordered incorporated into and made <br />a part of the "Consolidated Salary Schedule" R-56-01; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS: <br />SECTION 1: The classification of two Equipment Operator II's shall be changed to <br />Maintenance Worker III -Public Services. <br />SECTION 2: The classification of one Human Resources Technician shall be <br />changed to Administrative Analyst I. <br />SECTION 3: The classification of one Engineering Supervisor shall be changed to <br />Engineering Assistant. <br />SECTION 4: The classification of one shall Office Specialist II shall be changed to <br />Administrative Assistant. <br />
