R-15-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON UTLITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2001, and ending June 30, 2002, was approved and adopted on June 15, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments, and (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall <br />by approval and Resolution of the Colton Utility Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON D( <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fi <br />Year Budget, increasing the Water Line Replacement Account No. 521-8100-8106-3890 <br />decreasing the Unappropriated Fund Balance from the Water Fund from Account No. 521-2 <br />for the amount of $40,000. <br />SECTION 2.
