Findings. The City finds that the forgoing recitals are true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. Approval of the EDA Grant Terms and Conditions. The City hereby <br />determines that the City is in compliance with or will be able to comply with all terms, <br />conditions contained and requirements of the EDA Financial Assistance Award of <br />$1,000,000 for constructing various public infrastructure improvements. <br />Section 3. Acceptance of EDA Financial Assistance Award. The City hereby <br />accepts the $1,000,000 Financial Assistance Award from the EDA Section 3. <br />Section 4. Execution of Agreements. The City Manager or his designee is <br />herewith authorized to execute the Financial Assistance Award documents and all other <br />related documents necessary to effectuate the receipt of the EDA Grant. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
