1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />WHEREAS, California's economy is dependent upon maintaining a high quality of <br />that includes attractive and safe public park and recreation facilities and services, and <br />WHEREAS, the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhoods Parks, a <br />Coastal Protection Act of 2002, provides $2.6 billion for state and local park projects to <br />California's natural heritage and allow urban areas to expand much needed recreation faciliti <br />that serve children, youth, seniors, and families. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Colton supports the passage of <br />California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Bond Act <br />2002, and encourages California voters approve this bond act on March S, 2002. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2002. <br />DEIRDRE H.
