R-27-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, <br />2003 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years <br />commencing <br />July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted on June 15, 2001; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBYRESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, adjusting the Salary account in the City Treasurer's Department. <br />This change is needed to cover the cost of salary increase. Increase account number <br />100-6060-6060-1010 (Salaries) and decrease General Fund, Fund Balance account <br />number 100-2970 by $4,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2002 <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
