Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Director Dickinson presented for Council an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM Cisneros/MPT Koperski to close the public hearing. Vote: Motion carried with CM Toro absent. Motion and Second by CM González/CM Echevarria to approve and adopt Resolution Nos. R-70-22 & R-71- 22. Vote: Motion carried with CM Toro absent. (3) Public Hearing - Stormwater Management Fee TIME AND PLACE TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER SERVICES AND THE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022/2023 AS PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 14.01 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE, RESOLUTION NO.
