Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 4956.9(d)(2)/(e)(1) <br />One (1) Potential Case <br />Direction to staff and no reportable action; <br /> <br />City Attorney Reports/Reportable Action Update <br />City Attorney Campos informed Council on a report from a previous closed session item that has now become <br />final and thus reportable. In the case of Oliveri v. City of Colton, which was agendized as Item A at the April 5, <br />2022 meeting, San Bernardino Superior Court, Case No. CIVDS 2003984, the City Council unanimously <br />authorized settlement in the amount of $200,000 to settle this case.
