R-44-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on August 7, <br />2001; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances and the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between department activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increase/decreases) to the Budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number <br />100-6070-6076-1010, and increase the revenue Account Number 100-6758 for the <br />amount of $123339 <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2002. <br />DEIRDRE H.
