I RESOLUTION NO. R-45-02 <br />2 <br />3 AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION R-39-02 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AN <br />4 AMENDED CONSOLIDATED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR ALL <br />5 PART-TIME CITY EMPLOYEE POSITIONS <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton approved a Consolidated Part - <br />7 <br />8 <br />time Salary Resolution on March 19, 2002, identified as Resolution No. R-39-02, with <br />9 adjustments for all City of Colton Part-time employees; and <br />10WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to include steps for three (3) positions <br />11 in the Child Care Division: The Child Care Teacher's Helper, the Child Care Teacher's <br />12 Aide, and the Child Care Teacher. <br />13 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />14 <br />1s <br />SECTION 1: The consolidated part-time salary schedule, in Resolution No. R-39- <br />16 02, of part-time employee positions for the City of Colton is hereby amended and set <br />17 forth in Exhibit A of this resolution. <br />18 SECTION 2: The salary information contained in Exhibit A shall be effective as of <br />19 the first payroll period of January 2002. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2002. <br />23 <br />24 <br />EIRDRE H.
