R-46-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2001 <br />and ending June 30, 2002 was approved and adopted on June 15, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Office Equipment Capital Expenditure account in each of the <br />Enterprise Fund Account Numbers 520-8000-8001-4900-0101-000, 521-8100-8101-4900- <br />0000-000, 522-8200-8200-4900-0000-000 and decreasing the Unappropriated Fund Balance <br />Account of each Enterprise Fund, Account Numbers 520-2970, 521-2970, and 522-2970 for <br />the amount of $150,000. <br />SECTION 2.
