Amend the adopted FY2023 budget to: <br />• Increase appropriations by $280,000 in Electric Utility Fund Capital Improvement <br />Expenditure Account 520-8000-8001-3890-0107-000 (Capital Improvement) <br />• Increase revenue in Electric Utility Fund Grant Account Number 520-1821-000 by <br />$280,000 <br />SECTION 3.
