APPOINTMENTS  Appointment - League of California Cities Voting Delegate and Alternates - Designate One (1) Voting Delegate and May Appoint up to Two (2) Voting Alternates. Mayor Navarro recommended the following Voting Delegate and Alternates: Voting Delegate – Councilmember (MPT Koperski) 1st Alternate Delegate – Councilmember González 2nd Alternate Delegate – Councilmember Suchil Consensus; No objection; so ratified; *************************************************************************** PUBLIC HEARINGS (1) Public Hearing - Street Vacation: Terrace Avenue & De Berry Avenue TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY VACATING PORTIONS OF SOUTH TERRACE AVENUE AND DE BEERY STREET, RESOLUTION NO. R-94-22. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation City Manager Smith informed Council continuance of the Public Hearing to the Council Meeting of September 6, 2022. No objection by Mayor and Council so moved. (2) Public Hearing - Weed Abatement TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ANY OBJECTIONS OR PROTESTS FROM PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WEED ABATEME NT SERVICES PERFORMED DURING THE 2022 ANNUAL WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM AND TO CONSIDER IMPOSING A LIEN UPON THE PROPERTIES FOR PAYMENT, RESOLUTION NO.
