I RESOLUTION NO.: R-100-22 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTO.N: AMENDING 3 THE FISCAL. YEAR 2022.23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET 4 WHEREAS, the City of Colton ("City") is a municipal corporation duly organized and 5 existing. pursuant to theConstitutionand laws. of the State of California; and, 6 WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal. to improve the. City's traffic. safety 7 and infrastructure:; and, 8 WHEREAS, the. City of Colton. needs to allocate additional funding in the amount of 9 $26,235 for the preparation. of Historic Resources Evaluation Report. (HRER) and the. Aquatic Resources Delineation Study for the completion of environmental documents for the Reche 10 Canyon Road Realignment to Hunts Lane Project; and, 11 WHEREAS, the funding will he provided thru Regional. Traffic Impact Fee in the amount of 12 $117438.46: (43.6%) and Arterial. Measure 1 in the amount of $14,796.54 (56.40/9); and, 13 WHEREAS, a budget appropriation not listed in the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 budget is 14 required and. must. be approved by. resolution of the City Council. 15 1.6 NOW.
