Provided that the Agency has approved and executed Amendment No. <br />1 to the Funding and Construction Management Agreement by a date not later than June 15, <br />2002, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 1 on <br />behalf of the Agency, together with such technical and conforming changes to the text of <br />Amendment No. 1 as may be recommended by the City Attorney so as to conform the text to <br />the specific public works construction and management responsibilities assumed by the City <br />under the Funding and Construction Management Agreement, as amended by Amendment <br />No. 1. The City Manager and the City Engineer are hereby authorized and directed to <br />administer the responsibilities of the City assumed under the Funding and Construction <br />Management Agreement, as amended by Amendment No. 1. <br />Section 4.
