R-65-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING AND/OR APPROVING THE ANNUAL ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 The City Council of the City of Colton, California (hereinafter referred to as the "City Council") does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has by previous Resolutions ordered the preparation of I the Engineer's Annual Levy Report (hereinafter referred toas the "Report") for the district ' known and designated as the "Colton Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment Dis#rict No. 1" (hereinafter referred to as the "DistricY') for fisca! year commencing July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 pursuant to the provisions of theLandscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, being Part 2 Division 95, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali%mia, beginning with Section 22500 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"); and, WHEREAS, there has been presented to this City Council the Report as required by Chapter 3, Sectian 22623 of said Act and as previously directed by Resolution; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented and is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein and is satisfied that the levy has been spread in accordance with the benefits received from the improvements, operation, maintenance and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA FOR COLTON LAIVDSCAPE AND L.IGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 The above recitals are all true and correct. Section 2 The Report as presented, consists of the following: a. A Description of the District and Improvements; b. The Annual Budget (Costs and Expenses of Services, Operations and Maintenance);
