R-79-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY AMENDING THE <br />BASIC FEE FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND THE STORMWATER <br />MANAGEMENT FEE <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City <br />Council to establish a Basic Fee and a Stormwater Management Fee for Stormwater <br />services in accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee and the <br />Stormwater Management Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council has <br />established the Basic Fee and the Stormwater Management Fee by Resolution R-89-96; and <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Stormwater Management Fee <br />remain unchanged, additional San Bernardino County land use codes now apply. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Basic Fee and the Stormwater Management Fee for Stormwater services <br />authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be based upon <br />land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Stormwater runoff as set forth in <br />the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit A. These fees <br />shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax assessors system. The fees set forth <br />on Exhibit A are hereby imposed on all properties within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
