1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC SERVICES <br />The types of services to be provided for and financed by the property to be annexed to the <br />community facilities district are: <br />(a) Maintenance services, including but not limited to: <br />(i) maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads, and open space; <br />(ii) flood and storm protection services; <br />(iii) graffiti abatement; <br />(iv) the operation and maintenance of storm drainage systems; <br />(v) maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an <br />estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City; <br />(vi) and/or any other services authorized under the Act. <br />The community facilities district shall also finance costs associated with the determination of -the <br />amount of and the levy and collection of special taxes which are levied to provide such services <br />and costs otherwise incurred in order to carry out the authorized purposes of the community <br />facilities district. <br />RVPUB\MXM\666167.1 <br />- 11 - <br />
