R-96-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted on I <br />June 15, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />2002/2003 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Sports Revenue and Expenditure <br />Accounts in the General Fund for Parks, Recreation & Family Services. Expense <br />account number 100-6200-6204-2301 should be increased by $ 5000.00, and account <br />number 100-6200-6204-2350 should be increased by $ 4000.00, and the revenue <br />account number 100-6750 should be increased by $ 9000.00. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 2.
