1 The_2022 California Building Code, incorporating the "International Building
<br /> 2 Code, Volumes 1 and 2", 2021 Edition, including all appendices thereto; the 2022
<br /> California Residential Code, incorporating the "International Residential Code",
<br /> 3 2021 Edition, including all appendices thereto; the 2022 California Mechanical
<br /> 4 Code, incorporating the "Uniform Mechanical Code", 2021 Edition; including all
<br /> appendices thereto; the 2022 California Plumbing Code, incorporating the
<br /> 5 "Uniform Plumbing Code", 2021 Edition, including all appendices thereto; the
<br /> 6 2022 California Electrical Code, incorporating the "National Electrical Code ",
<br /> 2014 Edition; including all annexes thereto; 2022 California Green Building
<br /> 7 Standards Code; are hereby adopted by reference in their entirety and amended in
<br /> 8 Chapters 15.06, 15.07, 15.08, 15.09, 15.10, 15.11, 15.12, and 15.13, herein, shall
<br /> comprise the Building and Construction Regulations of the City of Colton."

<br /> 11 15.04.020 Violations.

<br /> 13 A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct,
<br /> enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, or demolish, equip, use,
<br /> 14 occupy or maintain any building or structure in the City, or cause the same to be
<br /> 15 done, contrary to, or in violation of, any of the provisions of the codes.

<br /> 17 B. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the
<br /> 18 code is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day, or portion thereof, during which any
<br /> such violation is committed, continued, or permitted, is a separate offense. Any
<br /> 19 such violation shall be punishable by such fines and penalties as described in
<br /> 20 Chapter 8.12 of the Colton Municipal Code."

<br /> amended to read as follows:
