1 SECTION 3: The positions identified in the authorized positions list are hereby <br /> 2 authorized for funding, and any vacancies are hereby authorized for recruitment and <br /> 3 appointment in accordance with the City's Personnel System Rules and Regulations. <br /> 4 SECTION 4: The job descriptions and salary schedules for the following classifications <br /> are hereby approved: Assistant to the City Manager/Grant Coordinator, Battalion Chief Fire <br /> 5 <br /> Marshal, Crime Analyst, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Representative III, <br /> 6 <br /> Early Care&Education Program Director,Early Care&Education Site Supervisor,Information <br /> 7 <br /> Services Manager, Lead Code Compliance Officer, Purchasing Technician, and Senior Finance <br /> 8 Analyst. <br /> 9 SECTION 5: Fund 206,previously named the Community Child Care Fund, is hereby <br /> 10 retitled to Early Care & Education Fund. <br /> 11 SECTION 6: Staff travel associated with authorized training and conferences in <br /> 12 accordance with the amounts and personnel identified in the department budget memorandums <br /> 13 is hereby authorized. Position classifications identified with budgeted amounts for travel <br /> 14 exceeding the limits set forth in the travel policy are authorized in the amounts as follows: <br /> City Manager, $6,500; Electric Utility Director, $6,600; Assistant Utility Director, <br /> 15 <br /> $6,400; Utilities Planning Manager, $6,400; Utility Resource Analyst, $6,400; Public Works <br /> 16 <br /> and Utilities Director, $3,350; Electric Utility System Designer, $4,000; Engineering/GIS <br /> 17 Technician, $3,000; GIS Specialist, $3,500; Senior Electric Utility Inspector, $1,500; Senior <br /> 18 Substation Electrician(each),$2,500; Substation Superintendent, $2,500; Substation Electrician <br /> 19 (each), $2,500; Substation Electrician Apprentice (each), $2,500; Power Line Technician <br /> 20 Apprentice(each),$1,715;Line Crew Supervisor(each),$1,715;Power Line Technician(each), <br /> 21 $1,715; Environmental & Conservation Supervisor, $2,050; Senior Energy Services Specialist, <br /> 22 $3,350.
