1 The City Council further finds that among the public benefits to accrue to the <br /> residents of the City as a result of the Development Agreement are: (a) A one-time <br /> 2 payment of $2 million to the City's general fund; (b) one-time contribution of <br /> $350,000 to the City for fire truck apparatus; and (c) a minimum solar offset payment <br /> 3 to the City's general fund. <br /> 4 Section 5. The City has conducted an analysis of the Project, consistent with <br /> CEQA Guidelines section 15183 ("Section 15183 Analysis"), and found that it is in <br /> 5 conformance with the analysis and conclusions of the General Plan EIR, that there <br /> are no new significant off-site or cumulative impacts that were not analyzed in the <br /> 6 General Plan EIR, and that there are no adverse impacts that are more severe than <br /> those previously identified in the General Plan EIR. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Section 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and <br /> shall cause the same to be posted as required by law. Pursuant to Government Code <br /> 9 section 65868.5, within 10 days following the entering of the Development <br /> 10 Agreement, as evidence by the full execution thereof, the City Clerk shall record the <br /> Development Agreement with the San Bernardino County Recorder. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF AUGUST 2023. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 F J.
