The Clerk shall thereafter prepare the agenda <br />under the direction of the City Manager. Each item of business to be transacted <br />or discussed on the agenda shall be adequately and fully described and shall <br />contain the specific action requested to be taken by the Council. The agenda, <br />together with all reports pertaining thereto, shall be delivered to the <br />Councilmembers at 5:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on the Thursday preceding the <br />regular meeting. The agenda shall be made available to the public as soon <br />thereafter as practicable. No matters other than those listed on the posted agenda <br />shall be finally acted upon by the Council, provided however that matters not on <br />the posted agenda but deemed to be (a) emergency situations; (b) immediate <br />action or subsequent need matters; or (c) held -over items; may be considered as <br />set forth in Section B-3." <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 1996. <br />NVUH-x�iFi <br />eresa S.
