RESOLUTION NO. R-96-23 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024 STAFF TRAVEL ASSOCIATED <br /> 3 WITH AUTHORIZED TRAININGS AND CONFERENCES <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted and approved the annual <br /> budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24 on the sixth day of June, 2023; and <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, Section 6 of Resolution No. R-55-23 outlined position classifications with <br /> budgeted amounts for travel exceeding the limits set forth in the travel policy; and <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, an amendment to Section 6 of Resolution R-55-23 is required to <br /> 8 accommodate for additional travel proposed that will exceed the limits outlined in Administrative <br /> Policy 2.05.050; and <br /> 9 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY <br /> 10 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 11 Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br /> 12 incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br /> 13 Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following classifications to exceed the travel <br /> limitations outlined in Administrative Policy 2.05.050 and amends Section 6 of Resolution R- <br /> 14 55-23 to include travel limits for the following classifications as follows: <br /> 15 • Water/Wastewater Operations Manager, $4,000; Wastewater Operations Supervisor, <br /> $3,000; Wastewater Treatment Plant Mechanic II, $3,000; Senior Water Conservation <br /> 16 Specialist, $5,500. <br /> 17 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY C BER 2023. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> K J AR <br /> 21 a <br /> 22 ATTEST: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 4 <br /> 25 t ' <br /> 26 STEPHANIE M.
