There is a need to make one minor revision to the adopted MOU. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: After the City Council adopted the Memorandum of Understanding with <br />IBEW, an error was spotted in the MOU and as a result the following change needs to be made: <br />Increase the compensation for compensation time to two (2) times, rather than 1 1/2 times the hours <br />worked as detailed in the attached MOU. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: None <br />LEGAL REVIEW: <br />ity Attorne <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />revision with IBEW. <br />Staff recommends that City Council approve and adopt the attached MOU <br />Attachment: Exhibit A <br />Resolution <br />'' s Prepared by: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director <br />'Agenda 022001 IBEW amendment of agreement.doc <br />Item #11 <br />
