CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (Continued) <br />For the Council Meeting of March 6, 2001 <br />SUBJECT: Consider Resolution Regarding the Annual Weed Abatement Program <br />as Administered by the Colton Fire Department and set the Public Hearing for the <br />Council meeting of March 20, 2001. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Total contractor fees for the 2001 Weed Abatement Program are estimated at <br />approximately $30,000. Additional associated operating costs are estimated at <br />$4,000 and include items such as notification, mailings, postage and like incidental <br />costs. These "pass through" costs are recouped through direct billing and the <br />County Tax Rolls. Funds have budgeted in the 2000-2001 Fiscal Year budget. <br />Funds to be Impacted: <br />General Fund Revenue - 100-2200 - Weed Abatement Charges <br />General Fund Expenditures - 100-6090-6093-2350 - Professional Services <br />100-6090-6093-2300 - Office Supplies - Postage <br />Tom T.
