Consider the following topics of discussion: <br />• Partnering <br />• Satellite library services <br />• Collaboration with RV dealers to underwrite a RV as a mobile book unit as a traveling <br />lending library <br />• School site recreation programs <br />• Home Construction (1-2 per year) on land owned by City <br />• Home repairs done by high school vocational students <br />• embracing concepts of Christmas in April <br />I'm requesting that this matter be placed on the March 2& Council Agenda and that my Council <br />colleagues also be provided copies of your response.
