RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />AND WHEN RECORDED RETURN TO: <br />SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT <br />AUTHORITY <br />11615 Sterling Avenue <br />Riverside, CA 92503 <br />NO RECORDING FEE REQUIRED <br />PER GOVERNMENT CODE, <br />SECTION 27383 <br />GRANT OF PERMANENT NON-EXCLUSIVE PIPELINE EASEMENT <br />For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the CITY OF COLTON, a municipal corporation, hereby <br />grants to the SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT AUTHORITY, a joint <br />powers public agency, a permanent non-exclusive easement and <br />right-of-way to construct, install, operate, use, inspect, <br />maintain, alter, repair and replace a wastewater pipeline with <br />appurtenant facilities, together with the right of ingress and <br />egress for motor vehicles and equipment, over, along, across, <br />through and under that certain real property situated in the <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California, as more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B", <br />which exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />The CITY OF COLTON reserves the right to grant other <br />easements to third parties provided that such grants do not <br />unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of the easement <br />granted hereunder to the SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT AUTHORITY. <br />Executed on April 5, , 2001, at Colton, California. <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />By <br />Henry T.
