This letter will serve as authorization for you to proceed with the like -for -like <br />replacement of the facility. Please remind those involved (contractors, etc.) that they should conduct themselves in a <br />manner consistent with the functions of an elementary school campus. Please coordinate all work with both the site <br />administrator and the Facilities Department. Please note that all workers must sign in at the site administration <br />office and wear the appropriate site visitor pass. <br />To ensure a smooth transition and prevent any damage to existing utilities, please notify either Adrian Chavez or <br />Rick Lerma from our Maintenance and Operations Department, one week prior to the move. They can be reached at <br />(909) 876-4160.
