[Staff Person: Brian Dickinson] PUBLIC COMMENT Limit 3 Minutes This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding Consent Calendar items and other general comments about matters not on the agenda; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to staff for investigation and report at a subsequent Council meeting.
