<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of
<br /> of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes the City of Colton, County of San
<br /> Bernardino, State of California has
<br /> and says: found and determined that a portion
<br /> y of City owned properly as herein-
<br /> after described is not required for,
<br /> THAT ------- he is and at all the times herein public use;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE-
<br /> mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over SOLVED by the City Council of the
