1 RESOLUTION NO. 2459 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF COLTON AMENDING CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br /> 3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN. <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did initiate <br /> 5 the proposal to consider an amendment to the Circulation Element of the <br /> 6 Comprehensive General Plan by designating and/or adding certain Street Cross <br /> 7 Sections, and <br /> 8 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on <br /> g the 14th day of April, 1964 and by the City Council of the City of Colton on the <br /> 10 5th day of May, 1964, and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council that the public <br /> 12 interest, necessity, convenience and general welfare will best be served by <br /> h' 13 the approval of the amendment to the Circulation Element of the Comprehensive <br /> 14 General Plan as recommended by the Planning Commission as set forth in its <br /> 15 Resolution No. 402, <br /> 16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Colton that <br /> 17 the Circulation Element of the Comprehensive General Plan be amended by <br /> 18 designating and/or adding certain street cross sections as prepared by the <br /> 19 Department of Public Works on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> 20 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May, 1964, <br /> 21 <br /> 22i' <br /> ayor <br /> 23 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 24 <br /> • <br /> 25 City Clerk <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31I <br /> 32 <br />
