1 voting precincts consisting (of consolidations) of the regular election precincts
<br /> 2 in the City of Colton established for the holding of state and county elections,
<br /> 3 as said regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolu-
<br /> 4 tion. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places
<br /> 5 hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter naned, being co;n-
<br /> 6 petent and qualified electors and residents of said City and of their respective
<br /> 7 voting precincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their respective
<br /> 8 voting precincts and they shall hold said election and make return thereof in
<br /> 9 the manner provided by law.
