im. <br /> Section 1. That this City Council does hereby determine that <br /> the bid of <br /> MATICH CORPORATION <br /> is the lowest regular bid for said work of any responsible bidder and <br /> that said bid is accompanied by a good and sufficient proposal bond which <br /> is satisfactory to this City Council, and this City Council does hereby <br /> award the contract for said work to the above named bidder at the prices <br /> named in the bid of said bidder. <br /> Section 2. That all bids or proposals for said work, other <br /> than the said lowest regular bid above accepted, are hereby rejected and <br /> the City Clerk is directed to return to each bidder whose bid is so <br /> rejected the check or bond which accompanied his bid. <br /> Section 3. Reference is made to said resolutions for a full <br /> and complete description of said work and the grades at which the same <br /> shall be done, for a description of the district which this City Council <br /> has declared to be the district benefited by said work and to be assessed <br /> to pay the cost and expense thereof, for a description of the serial bonds <br /> to be issued to represent unpaid assessments and for further particulars. <br /> The work and all proceedings therefor are and shall be done and performed <br /> under and in accordance with the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of <br /> the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish <br /> twice in the COLTON COURIER, a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> and circulated in the City of Colton, a notice of this award.
