1 RESOLUTION NO. 2417 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 2 CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING AND SuBELT"TINE AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR 3 EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES. 4 5 WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditures of funds 6 Allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been entered into by the City 7 of Colton, California, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State Depart- 8 ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the 9 l department; and WHEREAS, the CityCouncil has prepared a supplemental project statement 10 PP P j 11 showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 12 1963-6)4 fiscal year; and, 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said supplemental project 14 statement and is familiar with the contents thereof; 15 WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Colton, 16 California that said supplemental project statement dated November 27, 1963, be 17 and is hereby adopted as the amended budget of proposed expenditures of the gas 18 tax allocation to cities, said supplemental project statement be and the same is 19 hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the sign 20 the same on behalf of said City, and said supplemental project statement to be 21 submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance 22 with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. 23 APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 3rd day of December, 1963. 24 25 (U\ 26 gayo r of ,fie it o f ton 27 ATTEST: / 28 C3 e`k of the O3ty off atop 29 I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly 30 passed by the City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof held December 3, 1963. 31 � . 32 City C er'k o eCity of holton Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No.
