1 RESOLUTION NO. 2494 <br /> 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the Collier--Unruh Local Transportation Development Act <br /> 3 <br /> provides that <br /> 4 <br /> "Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal year each <br /> 5 <br /> county, city, or city and county shall file with the Depart- <br /> 6 <br /> ment a report in a form prescribed by the Department and <br /> 7 <br /> certified by the local governing body showing its expenditures <br /> 8 <br /> of funds during the preceding fiscal year pursuant to Sections <br /> 9 <br /> 186.1 through 186.7. "; and <br /> 10 <br /> WHEREAS,, the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed by <br /> 11 <br /> the Department from records maintained by this City and showing expenditures <br /> 12 <br /> during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186. 7 of the <br /> 13 <br /> Streets and Highways Code, has been examined by this Council, and is deter- <br /> 14 <br /> mined to be factual; now <br /> 15 <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> 16 <br /> Colton hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of expenditures <br /> 17 <br /> by the City during the 1963-64 fiscal year in conformance with the requirements <br /> 18 <br /> of the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Act; and <br /> 19 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City is hereby instructed to <br /> 20 <br /> transmit six copies of the report and three certified copies of this resolution <br /> 21 <br /> to the State of California, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, <br /> 22 <br /> in care of the Engineer in charge of its local District office. <br /> 23 <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1 day of September, 1964„ <br /> 24 • <br /> (4 ‘az- <br /> 25 ayor of the ity of <br /> Colton, California <br /> 26 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 27 <br /> e-- <br /> 28 City yierk of the "City of <br /> Colton, California <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
