1 RESOLUTION NO. 2493 <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING <br /> 3 ITS INTENT AND POLICY WITH REGARD TO THE <br /> PROPOSED STREET RIGHTS OF WAY AS INDICATED <br /> 4 ON THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE COMPRE- <br /> HENSIVE GENERAL PLAN, <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of <br /> 7 Colton have previously adopted a Comprehensive General Plan including a <br /> 8 Circulation Element together with the various street cross sections; and <br /> 9 WHEREAS, said Comprehensive General Plan and its amendments <br /> 10 have been adopted by duly advertised public hearings of both the Planning <br /> 11 Commission and City Council; and <br /> 121 WHEREAS, said Comprehensive General Plan as amended does con- <br /> 13 stitute the only adopted plan for the proper development of the City of Colton, <br /> 14 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br /> 15 resolve that: <br /> 16 Section I. It is the intent and purpose of this resolution to protect and <br /> 17 sustain the Comprehensive General Plan of the City of Colton including the <br /> 18 Circulation Element thereof together with the street cross sections as <br /> 19 indicated thereon; <br /> 20 Section II, To this end, no new buildings, walls, fences or building <br /> 21 reconstruction shall be permitted by the City within the right of way limits <br /> 22 as shown on the cross sections of the Circulation Element of the Comprehen- <br /> 23 sive General Plan, <br /> 24 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED is t day of September, 1964, <br /> 25 hi/ <br /> ayor of the ity of Colton <br /> 26 California <br /> 27 ATTEST: <br /> 28 �i _ . <br /> City Lyer.k of the City of <br /> 29 Co3.tdn, California <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
