City of Colton Agenda Report Council Meeting of June 5, 2001 Page 2 DISCUSSION/ANAL.YSS: Residential Service Rates The services provided for in the residential rate include solid waste collection and processing, yard waste collection and processing, recyclables collection and processing and bulky item collecting and processing. The City of Colton also collects a 15 % Franchise Fee which is effected by the adjustment clause.
