1 RESOLUTION NO 2489 <br /> 2 WHEREAS,, Resolution No. 2481 was adopted by the City Council of the <br /> 3 City of Colton on the First day of July, 1964 giving Notice of Public Hearing <br /> 4 on the proposed sale of that certain property described under the terms and <br /> 5 conditions set forth herein, to wit: <br /> 6 That portion of Lot 24 of the Ray Johnston subdivision as shown <br /> on plat recorded in Book 18 of Maps, page 45, Records of San <br /> 7 Bernardino County more particularly described as follows: <br /> 8 BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 24; thence <br /> N 89° 36' 07" E, 22' along the Northerly line of Lot 24; <br /> 9 thence S 3° 50' 18" W, 127.94' to a tangent curve concave <br /> to the Northwest and having a radius of 8. 00'; thence along <br /> 10 said curve through a central angle of 85° 45' 49" 1 1.97'; <br /> thence S 89° 36' 07" W. 4, 57' along a line parallel to and 5' <br /> 11 Northerly of the Southerly line of said Lot 24; thence N 0 ° <br /> 23' 53" W, 135' along the Westerly line of said Lot 24 to the <br /> 12 Point of BEGINNING. <br /> 13 all easements for public utilities of the City of Colton now located on and all <br /> 14 present easements shall remain in full force and effectD and <br /> 15 WHEREAS, the City Clerk was instructed to publish notice of hearing <br /> 16 pursuant to Section 6064 of the Government Code of the State of California, <br /> 17 and <br /> 18 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in such notice a hearing was <br /> 19 held by this City Council and all persons desiring to be heard thereon were <br /> 20 heard, and this City Council gave all persons present an opportunity to be <br /> 21 heard, <br /> 22 NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council as <br /> 23 follows: <br /> 24 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and declare that <br /> 25 Notices of Hearing on the proposed sale have been published and posted as <br /> 26 required by law and that said notices were in the form and substance required <br /> 27 and in every respect complied with the laws pertaining thereto; <br /> 28 2, The City Council further finds, determines and declares that <br /> 29 sufficient objections or protests to the proposed sale have not been made, <br /> 30 either written or oral, filed prior to the time and place of hearing. <br /> 31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br /> 32 that said City Council acquired jurisdiction to proceed with the sale of <br />
