I 1- RESOLUTION NO. 2474 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING 3 A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY 4 FUNDS TO CITIES 5 WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of 6 funds allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been entered into 7 by the City of Colton, hereinafter referred to as the City and the State Depart- 8 ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the 9 department; and, 10 WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing 11 estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 12 1964-65 fiscal year; and, 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and 14 is familiar with the contents thereof; 15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 16 Colton that said project statement dated June 2, 1964, be and is hereby adopted 17 as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, said 18 project statement be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is 19 directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said project statement to 20 be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in 21 accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. 22 APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 3rd day o June, 1964. 23 / 24 �- ayor o t e ity o olton ATTEST:25 26 City-clerk of the City of Colton 27 I HEREBY certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly 28 passed by the City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof 29 held June 3, 1964. 30 31 Clerkf the City of Colton 32 Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No,. 2474
