OrEAS, all such persons desiring to be heard have been heard by <br /> this City Council, and this City Council is fully informed in the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, California, <br /> DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> That said hearing has been duly held; that each and every step in <br /> the proceeding prior to and including the hearing has been duly and regularly <br /> taken; that this City Council is satisfied with the correctness of the assess- <br /> ment, the diagram, the proceedings and all matters relating thereto, and all <br /> protests, objections, or appeals be and the same are hereby overruled and <br /> denied, and this City Council does hereby confirm said proceedings .nd said <br /> assessment. <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of June , 19 64, <br /> yor of the ity of <br /> Colton, California <br /> ATTEST: <br /> i erk of the ty of <br /> Colton, California (SEAL) <br />
