1 RESOLUTION NO, 2466 <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> 3 OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN <br /> BERNARDINO FOR THE PERFORMANCE BY THE <br /> 4 DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO OF INSPECTION WITH- <br /> 5 IN THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> 7 AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 8 SECTION ONE. That the City of Colton enter into and execute an <br /> 9 Agreement with the City of San Bernardino, for the performance by the Depart. <br /> 10 ment of Building and Safety of the City of San Bernardino of inspection of cer- <br /> 11 tain improved real property within the City of Colton in the manner of its <br /> 12 inspection of similar property within the City of San Bernardino in return for <br /> 13 proper consideration, <br /> 14 SECTION TWO, That the said Agreement referred to herein, a copy <br /> 15 of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and is hereby referred to and <br /> 16 made a part hereof as though set out at length herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 17 SECTION THREE, That the Mayor of the City of Colton is hereby <br /> 18 authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> 19 Colton at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 5th day of May, 1964 by the <br /> 20 following vote, to wit: <br /> 21 AYES: Councilmen Coltrin, Kaney, Spragins, Oliva <br /> 22 NOES: Councilmen None <br /> 23 ABSENT: Councilman Holtzendorff <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Cityl rk�� , --.� <br /> 26 The foregoing Resolution is hereby approved this 5th day of May, 1964, <br /> 27 <br /> 28 ayor <br /> 29!Q <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
