1 RESOLUTION NO. 2465 <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> 3 OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO SIGN FOR AND <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF COLTON THAT <br /> 4 CERTAIN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION <br /> 5 OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE SAN <br /> BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL <br /> 6 DISTRICT FOR THE EXTENSION OF 11TH STREET <br /> STORM DRAIN <br /> 7 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> 8 <br /> AS FOLLOWS <br /> 9 <br /> SECTION ONE, That the City of Colton enter into an agreement with <br /> 10 <br /> the San Bernardino County Flood Control district for the extension of 11th <br /> 11 <br /> Street Storm Drain, to be constructed within llth Street (Vacated) from "I" <br /> 12 <br /> Street to Interstate Highway Sign Route Number 10, as designated on City's <br /> 13 <br /> Plan No. 3055-A, dated February 1964, <br /> 141 <br /> SECTION TWO, That the said agreement referred to herein, a copy <br /> 15 <br /> of which is attached hereto is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as <br /> 16 <br /> set forth at length herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 17 <br /> SECTION THREE.
